UKIPATA CASHBACK UTARIDE BODABODA NA EURO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

RULES OF THE PROMOTION

Article 1

Mozzartbet Kenya Limited, Laxcon Plaza, Parklands (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer) is organizing the knowledge-based competition called “POTEZA MOJA – SHINDA BODABODA NA EURO”.

Article 2

The competition takes place from June 11^th 2021 to July 11^th 2021.

Article3.

All those players who paid their betting tickets at any point of sale of MOZZART Betting shop in Kenya or those who bet online or via android application or SMS betting provided by the Organizer will be automatically included in the contest (hereinafter referred to as the Participants).

The winner of this contest will be the one participant who has the Mozzart Refund Cashback winning ticket with the highest odds of the combination (overall coefficient) during the Euro 2021 period.

The second placed in the contest will be the participant who has a Mozzart Refund Cashback winning ticket with the second highest odds of the combination (overall coefficient) during the Euro 2021 period, and the third placed will be the winner who has a Mozzart Refund Cashback winning ticket the third highest odds of the combination (overall coefficient) during the Euro 2021 period.

In case two or more participants have the Mozzart Refund Cashback winning ticket with the highest odds of the combination (overall coefficient) during the Euro 2021 period, the participant whose ticket was typed (played) first will have the advantage.

If the betting on any sports event included in the ticket has been canceled or for any other reason whatsoever all the bets are calculated with the odd 1 according to the Betting Rules of MOZZARTBET Kenya, such an event shall not be taken into consideration when calculating the overall coefficient.

The last sports event included in the ticket must start no later than July 11^th 2021. Otherwise, such an event will not be taken into consideration when calculating the overall coefficient.

The tickets under the paragraph 2 and 3 hereof must collectively meet the following requirements:

All the events included in the ticket which are the subject of betting must be sporting events (outcomes of individual or team sports events, a specific event during a sports competition, etc.), therefore the tickets which include betting on at least one other event (number betting, Greek keno, quick games (greyhound races, virtual soccer, etc.) do not meet the requirements;

• Minimum number of events accepted in a ticket is 4;
• “System” tickets as well as live betting tickets (live bet) do not meet the requirements;
• the tickets including a missed pair that are awarded the bonus called “Mozzart refunds” by the Organizer in the betting game of chance do not meet the requirements;
• Minimum stake per bet accepted in this promotion is 50 Ksh (fifty shillings);
• The ticket must be paid during the World Cup;

Article 4

The notification about the most successful tickets including the highest odd of the combination guessed (overall coefficient) which meet the requirements under the Art. 3 hereof will be displayed every day during the contest at the Organizer’s points of sale as well as via social networks @mozzartbetkenya.

Article 5

The Organizer shall award three prizes as follows:

1. The first placed winner will be awarded a Motorbike (Boda-boda), 23 Mozzart Bet Branded Jerseys for a Grassroot home team of their choice & 2 Mozzart Bet Branded Soccer Balls.
2. The second placed winner will be awarded a Motorbike (Boda-boda), and a Samsung Galaxy A21 Smartphone.
3. The third placed winner will be awarded a Motorbike (Boda-boda), and an original football Jersey of one the Euro Participating teams of their choice.

The TicketID of the tickets including the highest Mozzart Refund Cash back ticket won, the odds and the points of sale where the tickets have been played will be published by the Organizer by July 12^th 2021, and the names of the winner of the prize contest, the second placed and the third placed one will be published no later than July 15^th 2021, via social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as at the Organizer’s points of sale.

In order to be entitled to a prize, users must have the tickets which meet all the requirements set forth under the Art. 3 and the participants shall deliver such tickets to the Organizer no later than three days from the date of the completion of the contest.

In case that the participants do not visit a point of sale of the Organizer within the period specified under the previous paragraph hereof, the winner of the contest as well as the second and the third placed ones will be the persons having the next best tickets including the highest odd of the combination guessed (overall coefficient) who visit a point of sale within 3 days upon the expiration of the previously stated deadline.

The rule under the previous paragraph shall also apply if any of the participants having the next best tickets possibly fail to visit a point of sale within the specified deadline.

Article 6

The date and place of awarding the prizes will be published via social networks and at points of sale.

The winner of the contest, the second placed and the third placed one cannot exchange their prizes for cash or any other prize.

When collecting their prizes, the winners shall deliver their personal information to the Organizer’s representative, by providing their valid ID cards or passports for inspection, and they shall sign a receipt regarding the prize collection or the records on the prize award.

The winner of the contest, the second placed and third placed one shall give their consent and entitle the Organizer or any agency appointed by the Organizer to use their personal information: first name, last name, photo, as well as any audio, photo or video material, without any compensation and without any limitation in respect of time and territory or in terms of the number of uses in order to promote the contest.

Article 7

These Rules of the promotion are published on promo.mozzartbet.co.ke website and they shall come into force on the date of their publication.
