**Article 1: ORGANIZER**

The competition is organized by: MozzartBet Kenya Limited, licensed by BCLB (Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya) under the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act, Cap 131, Laws of Kenya under License number: 671, hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer.

**Article 2: AIM, DURATION AND LOCATION OF THE CONTEST**

The “COMMENT TO WIN AN ENGLAND FOOTBALL SHIRT” competition is organized with the aim of promotion of the Organizer. The competition is on July 14^th 2018 and it is available only to citizens of the Republic of Kenya.

**Article 3: PROMOTION TERRITORY**

The promotional materials will be available at the Organizer’s web page.

**Article 4: PRIZE FUND ESTABLISHED BY THE ORGANIZER**

The prizes will be awarded to the three persons who are the fastest to give the correct answers to the following question: WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT SCORE AND A TOTAL NUMBER OF CORNER KICKS in the match between BELGIUM and ENGLAND?

The match takes place on Saturday July 14^th 2018 at 17:00 HRS.

The question will be available on the MozzartBet Kenya Facebook and Instagram Fan Pages through a timeline post specifically created for this purpose on July 14^th 2018 at 09:00 AM.

1^st Prize –  the user who comments first the correct answer to the question WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT SCORE AND A TOTAL NUMBER OF CORNER KICKS in the match between BELGIUM and ENGLAND followed by his Mozzart bet username will be awarded an ENGLAND football Jersey and 10 days of BONUS betting worth KSH 1,000/-.

2^nd Prize – the user who is the second, chronologically, to comment the correct answer to the question WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT SCORE AND A TOTAL NUMBER OF CORNER KICKS in the match between BELGIUM and ENGLAND followed by his Mozzart bet username will be awarded BONUS worth KSH 500/-.

3^rd Prize – the user who is the third, chronologically, to comment the correct answer to the question WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT SCORE AND A TOTAL NUMBER OF CORNER KICKS in the match between BELGIUM and ENGLAND followed by his Mozzart bet username will be awarded BONUS worth KSH 250/-.

**Article 5: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION**

Any adult residing in the Republic of Kenya and registered on the MozzartBet.co.ke web site is entitled to participate in this competition.

**Article 6: HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST**

By applying for the Facebook competition, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of Use as well as the Competition Rules. The aim is to identify the three natural persons who first give the correct answer to the specified question available on the MozzartBet Kenya Facebook Fan page, in addition to their Mozzartbet usernames, by commenting on the Facebook post which has been specially created for this purpose.

Upon the completion of the prize contest, the Organizer will contact the winners by replying to their comments posted. Every natural person is allowed to participate in the prize contest only once. Multiple participation will be deleted and invalid.

**Article 7: SELECTION OF WINNERS**

The winners will be the three persons who first give the correct answer to the specified question which will be available on the MozzartBet Kenya Facebook Fan page and provide the answer to the following question WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT SCORE AND A TOTAL NUMBER OF CORNER KICKS in the match between FRANCE and BELGIUM.

Should more than three participants answer correctly, the winners will be picked in accordance with the criteria set forth under the Article 4 hereof.

**Article 8: HOW TO COLLECT THE PRIZE**

The winner of this prize contest will be sent detailed instructions via the inbox of Mozzart Bet Facebook and Instagram page.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

**Article 9: PARTICIPANTS IN THE CONTEST**

The participants in this competition cannot claim any prizes in larger amounts or other prizes than those specified herein by the Organizer. By participating in this contest, the participants accept these Rules of the Competition.

**Article 10: ERRORS AND INVALID APPLICATIONS**

Incorrect or incomplete applications shall be considered invalid and not eligible for any prizes. More participants with the same first and last name and the same place of residence will be considered one single winner. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the following participants at any time:

-those who have submitted their tips more than once in the comment or comments

-those who have not posted their comment properly according to the Rules

-those who have changed the posted comment (using the edit option)

-those who have delivered their predictions after the match start of the match.

-minor participants

-those who have not specified their mozzartbet username in the comment

-the name of the Facebook account posting the comment must be the same as the one included in the mozzartbet.com account and personal documents.

**Article 11: PUBLICITY**

By participating in this contest, the participants have agreed that, if they become the winners of the contest, their first and last names can be published by the Organizer and included in any written, audio, visual or video material, without any compensation.

**Article 12: WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT **

The names of the winners of this prize contest will be published on July 16^th 2018 in the comments of those three winners who first, chronologically, have given the correct answer to the question specified on the Organizer’s official Facebook page.

**Article 13: MINORS PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIZE CONTEST**

Minors are not entitled to participate in this prize contest.

**Article 14: TAXES**

The winner shall not bear any taxes, liabilities or fees directly related to the prizes.

**Article 15:  DISPUTE RESOLUTION**

In the event of any dispute between the Organizer and the participants in this prize contest, the First Basic Court in Nairobi shall be competent.

**Article 16: POSSIBLE TERMINATION OF THE PRIZE CONTEST**

The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest’s duration at any time. The participants will be notified about any extraordinary termination of the prize contest via newsletter or on the Organizer’s web site.
