The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play™’s Edge of Space Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play™’s operators (the “Operators”), which shall run through Q4 of 2019 as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play™ network and games. By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

The Edge of Space Network Promotion – Brief Overview

The Network Promotion includes three (3) tournaments which will run throughout Q4 2019 (the “Tournaments”):

• Tournament 1:From Tuesday 8^th of October 2019 10:00 CEST Tuesday 15th of October 2019 23:59 CEST.
• Tournament 2: From Tuesday 5^thof November 2019 10:00 CET Tuesday 12th of November 2019 23:59 CET.
• Tournament 3: From Tuesday 3^rdof December 2019 10:00 CET Tuesday 10th of December 2019 23:59 CET.

Prizes: The total prize pool for the Network Promotion is €/£ 150,000 divided as follows:

• Grand Prize: Zero Gravity Experience (worth €/£ 30,000) per player (the “Grand Prize”);
• Tournament 1: The Land of Adventure VIP Trip (first prize worth €/£ 10,000) & €/£ 30,000 in cash prizes;
• Tournament 2: Safari Experience VIP Trip (first prize worth €/£ 10,000) & €/£ 30,000 in cash prizes;
• Tournament 3: Igloo Under the Stars VIP Trip (first prize worth €/£ 10,000) & €/£ 30,000 in cash prizes.

First and Grand Prize trips:

• Cash equivalent for the first prize trip (€/£ 10,000 or €/£ 30,000 depending on the Tournament or Grand Prize) is available should the winning player prefer to receive a cash prize instead of the prizes for each Tournament or the Grand Prize. In the event the prize of the Tournament or Grand Prize should not for any reason be available for delivery to the winning player (or if the winning player opts for the cash equivalent of the prize), then a cash equivalent of the total value of the prize minus the seven (7) percent fee payable to the Agency (“Agency fee”) shall be awarded to the winning player.
• The winning Operator will be contacted by its designated Pragmatic Play™ Account Manager.
• The winning Operator will inform and congratulate the winning player and provide the winning player details directly to Black Tomato (the “Agency”).
• The Agency will contact the winning player and arrange for the prize fulfillment.
• The winning player will receive complete management for prize fulfillment throughout the campaign from the Agency.

Grand Prize

• In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, players need to optin and qualify for at least one (1) Tournament and must rank within the TOP 1000 players on the leaderboard for the Tournament.
• The player with the highest combined score of all points collected from at least one (1) Tournament leaderboard will win the Grand Prize.

General Rules

• Optin is required for Operators and for players ingame.
• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, operators must optin for all three (3) Tournaments. Optin closes on Friday 20th of September 2019 23:59 CEST.
• In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, the qualifying games must be displayed in prominent lobby placements.
• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion pack must be used on the Operators site, in newsletters and other media including social media.
• It is the responsibility of the Platform provider to ensure all Operators optin to the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play™ will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to optin to the Network Promotion. Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the promotion is offered.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that our products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the qualifying game is offered to players.
• In – game tool languages: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Turkish, Chinese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malaysian, Polish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Serbian, Spanish;
• In – game tool currency: GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SEK, NOK, DKK, AMD, BGN, CZK, GEL, HUF, PLN, RON, RSD, RUB, TRY, CLP, KZT, THB, INR, PEN, MXN, CNY, IDR, IDR1, IDR2, VND, VND2, MYR, KRW, KRW2, JPY, SGD (“Available Currency”).
• Currency equivalent according to the minimum bet of 50c qualifying criteria. If unavailable, rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the qualifying game.

• The payment of cash prizes cannot be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players should be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventytwo (72) hours.
• Pragmatic Play™ will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play™ will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts in EUR currency.
• Any players located in Italy and Sweden are excluded from the Network Promotion.
