DETAILED TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SPIN THE BALL FOR KSH 1,000,000 PROMOTION

1. The promotional competition runs every day, starting from Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 00:00, until Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 23:59. Only players on desktop and mobile roulettes at the Live Casino of the Authentic Gaming provider can participate in the promotional competition. 2.  In the promotional competition, the best ranked players in accordance with these Rules will be awarded a total of 50 prizes. The bonus prizes that a player can win in a promotional competition are as follows:

The player is entitled to only one prize (bonus) during the promotional competition.

3. The criterion for ranking players and entering the competition for receiving some of the prizes-bonuses is the total bet (stake) on the mentioned game during the duration of the promotion. The players who have the biggest stake, i.e. the ones who wager the most funds on the mentioned game during the promotion, enter the competition for prizes. During the promotion, points are collected by earning 50 (fifty) points for every KSH 500 that is played/wagered/ won. The players who have the highest number of points will win one of the prizes, and in principle, the player with the highest number of points wins the first prize, and so on in the order of the number of points, ending with the 50th place.

Example: a player played/wagered/won a total of 1,000 Ksh in the game automatically gets 100 points.

In case two or more players have the same number of points, the higher position on the ranking list will be occupied by the player who attained that number of points first.

4. Realized bonuses – prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes, nor transferred. 5. The list of 50 winners will be published on the promo page of the Organizer (promo.mozzartbet.co.ke) no later than Friday, February 4, 2022 by 4 pm.

6. Bonus funds will be available until Friday, February 4, 2022, by 4 p.m. Earned bonuses can be used immediately to pay for games and cannot be paid from the player’s virtual account.

7. Participants (players) accept and agree to be bound by these Rules by participating in games of chance referred to in item 1 of these Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the award – bonus or promo amount to anyone who violates the conditions of these Rules.

8. The organizer and its providers are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by the player who participated in the competition.

All complaints and reclamations are resolved by the organizer. In case of substantiated complaints, the organizer undertakes to resolve them as soon as possible and inform the participant.

9. All winners of prizes (bonuses) from this competition by participating in games from the promotion during the competition give the Organizer the consent and the right that the Organizer, or an agency hired by the Organizer, to promote the competition may use their personal data: name, picture , as well as audio, photo or video material, without the right to compensation and without time and territorial restrictions or restrictions on the number of uses.
